When can I expect my order?

Most items are in stock and will ship within 24 hours of order being approved. If an item is custom, the production time will be detailed in the item description.

Where will my order be shipped & will I be charged freight?

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address entered on your order. Free freight will be offered for orders shipping to the Topeka office location. All other deliveries will be charged standard UPS or USPS rates. All package prices include shipping costs.

I added custom apparel items to my cart but I don't see them. Where did they go?

The MCP Apparel section is separate from the PPE/Safety section. You must complete checkout for your apparel items from the MCP Apparel site and pay with a credit card or employee rewards/gift card.

I can’t remember my password, what can I do?

Return to the Sign On screen. Click I Need to Reset My Password directly before the Log In button. You will receive an email with password reset instructions. Still having issues? Contact Chelsey Godinez for assistance.
